David Tsang, Sales and Marketing Director of Conwise Power Limited, graduated from the University of Sunderland with a Bachelor (Hons) Degree in Digital Systems and Electronic Engineering. He worked for a number of electronic component companies as Sales and Marketing Manager before, and has accumulated 15 years' experience in the sales and marketing activities of I.C. & electronic components.
Q1: Could you introduce the background of Conwise Power Limited briefly? What is the superiority?
David: Conwise Power Limited was established in 2003 May, which is the fifth of electronic subsidiary of Mobicon Group Limited under its Satellite Development Strategy. We aim as assisting the development of LCD and wireless products market for Mobicon. Combining our engineering skill and component, we would provide a total solution to our customers.
Cooperating with our Mother Company provides us with an excellent sale channel. And its 20 years history and reputation in electronic industry have contributed to its extensive network. Being a subsidiary of Mobicon, we can share this benefit and develop a good strategic partnership with our customers and suppliers.

Q2: Nowadays, technology is well developed and customers have variety ways to get information. How can a company satisfy customers' needs and make them to be loyal to your company?
David: You are right, customers can get information through different channels nowadays and they can easily find suppliers and distributors who provide the product they want. Therefore, we need to provide comprehensive service instead of providing components for our customers only. For instance, we will assist our customers to apply our technique on their products for the sake of saving development time as well as the cost, it can also help our customers to launch the product to market as soon as possible in order to increase the profit.
"The Small Order Service" provided by our mother company, Mobicon, matches the needs of our customers. From samples to different types of components and passive components, we are able to provide to our customer so they can reduce the time and cost.
Besides, we have good control on stock level. We can satisfy customers' needs and arrange deliver immediately if customer have urgent needs
Q3: Staffs are the important assets of a company, how do you manage the staff and allocate their jobs duty?
David: We advocate using less staff but all are elites. We hope every staffs can develop their strength. As there are not many staffs, all of them would understand their duty clearly. They can also take part in every project so they will enjoy their work and perform outstandingly.
Because of the market competition, we want to provide customer with different types of service but do not want to increase their cost. Thus, less staffs help us to control the cost and provide diversified service to customer without additional cost..
Q4: Could you share the future plan of the company?
David: Conwise aims as becoming a company which provides our customer solution and component simultaneously and build up our brand. So we would enhance our product category and competitiveness.
